Seal's Row

A photograph showing wild seals resting in a row on some rocks

Photograph of seals taken by Aperturous Seal's Row © 2012.

This photo was taken back in 2012 during a trip to the Isle Of May in the Firth Of Forth. It is one of Scotland's national nature reserves and is a great location to get shots of birds in particular. But on the boat trip back I spotted these seals resting on the rocks and, almost, all in a row. There are 8 seals in the photo. In the background you will find cliffs from the little island. My Aperturous watermark has been added to help protect my copyright. However prints that I sell do not have the watermark.

Aperturous is a pseudonym I have been using for the last few years to share my location photography. Prints are being offered for sale as part of my 6x4 project. Find out more about the project here: The 6x4 Project.
